I am a husband and father of two. Over the last twelve years I have made a living at various times as an accountant, a consultant and a daytrader. Throughout all that time, I've had a lot of untapped creative energy, and ended up starting my own business, Abagoo Concepts, to develop my ideas. ForDads.com is one of the first projects of Abagoo Concepts.
Why is a site dedicated to Dads necessary? Well here's a small taste of why ...
The fact that I have the time and resources to work on this is a result of many prayers, and I know that I would not have gotten this far without the help of my Father in heaven, and his Son, my Savior. I've never been a big "talk-about-God" guy, and I don't expect to turn this website into a platform for preaching, I think it's important to acknowledge my faith at least once here. I'll leave it up to you to contact me if you want to hear more.
I also need to take a moment to thank my wife for putting up with all this. I'm sure that behind every great web site there stands a very, very supportive spouse, but mine is the best.
And to my kids ... you're the inspiration behind all this. Thanks for being my buddies.
